Santorini tops my list of places I’ve visited! It was one of the most beautiful landscapes and unique cities I have ever seen. I could have spent much more time there perusing the shops and eating at all the different restaurants along the cliff side. The white washed buildings and blue rooftops add a unique beauty to the already gorgeous horizon. We started our day trip off by riding donkeys up a very steep and winding stone path. It was a total blast and much better than walking or riding the gondola. We then rented a scooter in the town of Fira. We drove down the only road you can take to get to Oia. It was a gorgeous drive down a winding road with ocean views on either side. It’s about a 20 minute drive from Fira to Oia. Then we spent the rest of our time walking through Oia and taking in all the gorgeous scenery. This was such an awesome place and I can’t wait to go back some day! If you make it to the Greek Islands DON’T miss this stop!
